Chocolate Fudge

This has to be the easiest fudge ever and it tastes fantastic! Ingredients 375g dark cooking chocolate 395g tin condensed milk Method
  • Line a square cake tin with baking paper making sure it comes up the sides of the tin.
  • Melt chocolate and condensed milk in a large bowl in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir carefully
  • Microwave again on medium high for 2 minutes, stir carefully
  • Slowly pour the fudge into the prepared tin.
  • Smooth the surface and leave to cool and set (Generally over night)
  • Remove from tin and cut into squares to serve or logs to wrap as gifts.
Note: Fudge mixture is extremely hot when taken out of the microwave so be careful not to let mixture come into contact with skin. Also it tends to thicken very fast so you need to get it into the tin and smoothed quite quickly.
